Merve Sun Hotel & Spa was built on an area of 5466 m² as two main buildings and 4 separate blocks surrounding the main building. All of the main buildings consist of standard rooms, there are 124 units and there are 5 elevators. It was put into service in 2012. There are 2 physically handicapped rooms in the main building.

In addition, our 4 independent side blocks surrounding the main building have 4 or 5 floors and these buildings are called "Annex Buildings". 52 units available in our Annex buildings; consists of family rooms, standard rooms, economy standard rooms and economy family rooms and was renovated in 2017. There is no elevator in our 1 Annex block.

The facility is on the street and 50 meters from the SIDE and KUMKÖY minibus stops. is at a distance. The distance to the beach is 400 meters and there is an indoor and outdoor restaurant for 150 people and a sunbathing area for 300 people on the beach. The sea is shallow and the sand is fine. There are occasional rocks in the open.

Standard Room

Our standard rooms are designed to accommodate 20 m² max.3 adults. Key card system, Air conditioning (central), cabin shower, WC, Hairdryer, Balcony, Telephone, Bathroom Telephone, parquet flooring, Fire alarm system, LCD TV, Music Channel, Safe Box (Paid), Mini Bar (Only water on arrival day). No smoking.

Family room

Our family rooms have a connecting door, consist of 2 separate bedrooms of 30 m² and have standard room features. Split Air Conditioner, cabin shower, WC, Hairdryer, Telephone, Bathroom Telephone, fire alarm system, LCD TV, music channel, safety deposit box (with charge), Mini bar (only water at the entrance) are available. Maximum 4 adults can be accommodated. No smoking

Economy standard rooms; It is located on the first floor in the main building without a balcony and in the annex buildings and is smaller than the standards. No smoking

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Some local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks determined by the facility are free between 10.00-00.00. Local drinks and only beer are free at the Beach Bar, all other alcoholic drinks are paid. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, Turkish coffee and special cocktails are paid.

A la carte restaurant is free once for reservations and minimum stays of 5 nights. A la carte serves between 01.05 - 31.10.

All bottled drinks are chargeable. Ice cream is free once a week at the main restaurant on show night. The minibar is filled with water on the day of arrival.

The beverage concept in March and November is between 10:00-23:00.
